Translate your vision and style into glass by learning modern techniques of painting and layering stained glass. This course quickly moves from basic cutting and soldering to enameling and airbrushing with the use of an atomizer. With detailed drawings and fired enamel pieces in hand, begin composing and layering your work to create expressive, three-dimensional stained glass panels. Demonstrations, discussions, and handouts address inspiration, color theory, digital design, firing schedules, framing, lighting, and professional shortcuts. Beginners welcome; advanced students will benefit as well.
